The Rogue TV Man was formerly a regular TV Man that was apart of the Alliance. However, when the infection began sometime during the war, he somehow managed to contact the Plague Doctor and soon began serving him, posing as a Triple agent within the ranks of the Alliance, presumably to avoid being infected and not become like the other of his kind, stone statues.
During the events of Episode 8, he was seemingly in a high ranking position as he had access to the entire mainframe of the then-active Alliance Headquarters. However, as he plugged the Virus-19 USB into the base's computer command, the virus began overriding the defense system of the entire base and began slowly but steadily infecting the hardware heads within the base. He then proceeded to pose getting attacked by a Zombie Normal Cameraman before teleportation to the location of the Plague Doctor.
From there, the Plague Doctor semi-corrupted/semi-infected the Rogue TV Man, causing his screen to glitch momentarily, with small red veins sprouting out of the rogue's head. The glitching would then cease, leaving the Rogue TV Man in his new state, where red veins can be seen prominently growing on the top right of the rogue's head. However, he seems to still retain his consciousness, just that now he is presumably immune to getting fully infected.
In the events of Episode 12 to 13, he teleport to the battle site of the G-Toilet and the Zombie Titan Speakerman, where he would try to be friendly with the remaining Alliance members that were present at the battle. Instead, he would be held at gunpoint by a Cameraman, with the rogue desperately trying to convince them via telling them the location of their remaining titans, which was somewhere within Europe. When the same Cameraman tried to fire the X-18 at the Giant Zombie Mutant, the Rogue TV Man threw a branch that slapped the X-18 out the Cameraman's hands before he teleported away to safety.
Later in a Secret Scene in Season 7, it was revealed that TV Man wasn't a traitor to the Alliance, and he only trapped Titan TV Man and Titan Cameraman to save them from being infected. But then the Plague Doctor grabbed his neck and infected him.
Appearance[]
The Rogue TV Man appears as a regular TV Man. However, he is notably wearing a white suit underneath a black coat with a waist band instead of the normal all black clothing-wear of the TV Men. During the events of Episode 8, his appearance would be changed slightly after the Plague Doctor semi-corrupted/semi-infected him. Red veins could be seen sprouting out of the rogue's head, most predominantly on the top-right of his screen.
Abilities[]
This section isn't up to the actual standard of the wiki, and needs a little revamp.
The Rogue TV Man has the same combat capabilities to that of a regular TV Man, with a body that could twist and turn to unnatural proportions and sharp-edged knifes hidden beneath both his wrists, it would be a challenge to take him down. Additionally, he would have the blue hypnosis rays that almost all TV Men have, completed with the ability to teleport to any location if he so wishes to.
During and after the events of Episode 8, it is unknown whether he obtain any new offensive or passive abilities from being semi-corrupted/semi-infected. The only notable ability that only he and the Plague Doctor have, is that they are ignored by the infected, acknowledged at best, but ignored.
To make up for his various range of abilities, is that he seems rather incompetent and more of a coward, made obvious by the fact that he willingly serves the Plague Doctor to avoid being infected fully. Hence, his usage of abilities may be scarce. He may even avoid combat entirely, and simply do the Plague Doctor's bidding instead.

Infection[]
After finding out that Rogue TV Man had hid the remaining uninfected Alliance Titans from him, the Plague Doctor became extremely angry with the TV Man. Finding no more use to him, the Plague Doctor would infect the Rogue TV man with Virus-19, turning him into a zombie.

- This is further boosted by the fact that he easily submitted and surrendered to Plungerman after he put up a rather pathetic excuse of a fight.
