Overview[]
The Base 023, also known as Atlantis, is The Alliance underwater base, that first mentioned in Episode 29 after Plungerman escape from the train that eaten by Red Titan Drillman and first seen in Episode 32 that where most of the Skibidi Toilets and Cameramen reside inside base with the Chief Clockman. Nowdays, Speakermen also reside there, along with the recently cured Titan Drillman, which was previously held as a hostage on his zombie form for experiments in this same place. It also seems to have some Astro Toilet inhabitants, but they all may have not seen yet.
Infrastructure[]
The Base 023, have 4 large towers outside of the base with a holographic shield that reside outside the main base to protect it from any dangers.
Defenses[]
The line defenses of Base 023 are the deployed multiple battle shark mechs, 1 Obliterator Astro Toilet that will repeatedly firing at the enemy, with some Bomber Plane Skibidi Toilet, which will destruct them self into the enemy 'only' if it was a giant enemy like the Siren Titan to deal a heavy damage.

Trivia[]
- It is currently the only base of The Alliance that reside underwater to keep them safe from the Zombies and able to do some research, except for the Zombie Titans due to their massive size.
- Base 023 code name is confirmed to be Atlantis as seen in the end of Episode 29, after Plungerman look at his tablet it says that Base 023 has been relocated with the code name being Atlantis.
